Fall Camp Tuition & Enrollment Policies
» Monthly Tuition: Your monthly tuition will not change and you will need to pay your full monthly tuition for September & October by the 1st of the month regardless of whether your child attends camp or not.
» Weekly costs:
Premium: Camp fees are included in your monthly tuition for the days you attend. 3-4 day families are subject to an additional daily fee if attending on a non-regularly scheduled day.
Full Day: $42/day Half Day: $32/day
Basic: Camp fees are in addition to monthly tuition:
Full Day: $210/week Half Day: $160/week
Non-Enrolled: Non-enrolled applies to families who do not regularly attend and do not pay monthly tuition.
Full Day: $273/week Half Day: $207/week
» There is a 10% discount for the older additional child/ren.
» The last day to register is Friday, September 9, 2022. Any registration after this date will require administration approval and is subject to a $35 late fee.
» No credits, refunds, make-up days or discounts for absences, days missed or closures (including closures or absences due to Covid).
» Half-Day program: late pick-up fees will apply after 2pm and early drop-off fees will apply before 9am. $20.00 is assessed for each fifteen minutes (or portion thereof) per child for drop-off before 9:00am and pick-up after 2:00pm.
» Emergency information and medical release forms must be completed prior to your child’s attendance.
» Parents are responsible for reading all newsletters, signs, bulletins, and emails pertaining to our fall program.
» Parents are responsible for packing their child a lunch each day unless otherwise specified. Please do not send anything that needs to be heated up or prepared.
» On excursion/special event days, children must be at the center by the departure time listed. Children arriving after the listed departure time will not be allowed to participate in the excursion/special event and alternative care will not be available. Children may not stay at the center if they are scheduled to attend a special event/field trip.
» Excursions/special events are a privilege at Rainbow, not a right. If any child cannot be safe or if they jeopardize the safety of other children during any field trip or activity, Rainbow reserves the right to take disciplinary action and/or exclude that child from excursions or activities.
» Excursion/special event days are subject to change. Due to continuous changes in local and state guidance in regards to COVID-19, excursion details will not be available until closer to the date of the event. Please refer to your site’s newsletters for more information. We reserve the right to cancel should we be unable to continue with an event due to COVID-19 and/or weather conditions.
» Registration is based on availability and is not guaranteed. Registration via 1Core is required for all families.
Fall Camp FAQs
What if I don’t want to register for the whole week, is there a daily fee I can pay?
We do not have a daily rate available for camp.
When is payment due?
Payment is due on September 9th
Can I cancel my enrollment if my plans change?
Enrollment must be cancelled in writing by September 9 in order to avoid financial responsibility. Without a cancellation notice by this date, you are financailly responsible for camp.
My child will not be attending camp, why doesn’t my monthly tuition change?
As stated in our policies, the first and last month of the school year are the only months that are prorated due to the school calendar.
I’m a 3-4 day Premium family. Why do I have to pay an additional fee for my child to attend camp on a day they don’t normally attend? I thought camp was included?
As stated on the tuition/schedule selection form, the Premium plan only includes the days your child normally attends Rainbow Rising. Your 3-4 day monthly school year tuition does not account for 5 days/week of camp.
